Please remove all jewellery prior to arrival.
A robe and slippers are provided for all spa body treatments.
Please bring a bathing suit for hydrotherapy or aqua therapy
treatments.
In order to maintain a serene spa environment,
we encourage you to walk and converse quietly in the spa
area.
For the comfort of all, please be sure to
turn off your cell phone before entering the spa area. Your
cooperation in providing a quiet environment is very much
appreciated.
Please arrive on time; consideration for subsequent
guests requires that all therapies be concluded on time.
On your first visit, please arrive about 20 minutes early
to allow time to complete your health history form, while
not infringing on your spa service time.
In order to reserve appointments, we require
a valid credit card number at the time of booking. Cancellation
with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of
50% of the service value being applied to your credit card.
For your convenience, gratuities are not included
in spa service prices but are graciously accepted. Gratuities
may be added to your bill at checkout or given directly
to the therapist who performed your service.
